An older, ash-gray tom with a few tabby marks and incredible blue eyes.
{ A } P P E A R A N C E:
Briarheart is older, and that can be seen by one glance at him. Though he is not tattered nor weak, per say, one glance in his eyes and you will see a wisdom that only years of experience can attain. Those crystal blue orbs are miraculous, and it's not hard to see the faith and loyalty in them. They can be sharp and dangerous too, though, depending on whether or not you're willing to push is buttons.
He does have a slight buldge of muscle beneath his fur, due to the years of medicine cat duties. His paws are nimble and quick in their work, and his fur is mostly a light gray. His face and tail are really the only signs of tabby, with rings around his tail and light stripes across his face. His muzzle is only tinted with a white of age, but his eyes are also full of life and contradict any signs of age his body presents.
{ P } E R S O N A L I T Y:
Briarheart's personality is certainly a mystery, even to him. He has many sides to him, the most apparent is his stubborn side. He can be very demanding when he wants to be, especially to apprentices. When Briarheart is passionate about something, he is passionate about something. He will never give up without a fight, and though he is not one for physically hurting, he can lash out at you with shameful words. He is ready to snap at anyone who gives him reason to, and he won't back down for anything.
On the other hand, Briarheart can be very kind. He shows his love through commands, so this proves that he loves apprentice most of all. He is very fond of kits and young cats, and he respects his elders emmensly. If someone disagrees with him or tells him what to do, however, he won't hesitate to bristle. He'll absolutely hate the loners, when they invade, and do all in his power to berid of them.

[/li][li]Was apprenticed as a warrior in the first few moons, his sister being the original medicine cat apprentice
Apprenticehood
[/li][li]His sister, Lilypaw, was the apprentice for about a moon before she fell in love with a warrior apprentice
[/li][li]She mated with him, even though she was underage and a medicine cat apprentice
[/li][li]Lilypaw, to everyone's shock, was banned from being medicine cat apprentice after her first litter died
[/li][li]Lilypaw, too, died from suicide after her dreams were ruined
[/li][li]No one was willing to step up to the position, so Briarpaw gave it a whirl
[/li][li]Briarpaw found that he liked being medicine cat apprentice better than a warrior apprentice
[/li][li]Briarpaw became Briarheart for his huge heart and compassion
