Shadowstrike is a classic, suave black cat. His entire bodice is adorned and consumed with a pure night tinted shade. Shadowstrike's body build is average for a male forest cat: muscular yet not bulky, lean but not thin, neither too tall nor too short. His eyes are a hypnotic, vivid gold that illuminates profoundly, especially within the night hours.
{ P } E R S O N A L I T Y:
Mellow. Shadowstrike is a easygoing, go-with-the-flow kind of guy. He's content on being an average warrior in his clan who just follows his leader faithfully. He doesn't possess an unquenchable thirst for power or a conniving twisted mind set upon gaining his own personal lustrous desires. Shadowstrike is clearly laidback, and because of it, almost anyone can find it easy to relax around him. If Shadowstrike can help it, he prefers to keep his nose out of political drama and issues. Leaders and deputies were made to deal with that, so why not let them do their job?
Flirt. Shadowstrike is a big flirt with the ladies. He's has had enough practice to know what to say around females and capture their hearts. However, Shadowstrike isn't interested in anything long-term, let alone permanent. He's not heartless as to obliterate others' hearts should they ever fall for him, but he makes it clear that he's not interested. Shadowstrike literally shivers at the thought of falling in love and being with a single female for the rest of his life. But he hasn't ever really fallen in love before, apart from a few basic crushes. Maybe time and fate will change and Shadowstrike maybe someday find "the one" and then change his ways.
Fighter. Of all the cats, few would expect the lazy Shadowstrike to have an impressive ability on the battlefield. However, Shadowstrike will avoid a skirmish if possible: he's not all for violence and bloodshed. If provoked though, Shadowstrike can be an intimidating and formidable opponent. To turn him into fighting mode, one would normally have to threaten those close to him or insult him profoundly enough to inflame him. It is rare for Shadowstrike to expose his full fighter's gift, but everyone has buttons that can be pushed.
{ H } I S T O R Y:
Nutshell
- Shadowstrike was a rambunctious kit compared to his adulthood. He had two other siblings, Spiderkit and Nightkit, both whom he was very close to. The three often caused trouble.
- Redwing became his mentor. She dreaded it since Shadowpaw never took anything seriously and even with brutal punishments, he still failed to listen or even care.
- Nightpaw was secretly meeting up with a young loner male named Scout for a couple of moons. Shadowpaw knew, but didn't do anything about it. Later, Nightpaw said that she desired to travel with Scout for a life of adventure in exchange for her warrior life. Shadowpaw couldn't change her mind, neither could Spiderpaw. They both helped their younger sister escape from IgnisClan. Shadowstrike hasn't heard from her since.
- Depressed over his sister's departure, Shadowpaw was quiet and much less rowdy. Redwing was surprised, but was able to work with him through training without him messing it up. Shadowpaw matured a bit and progressed well toward his warrior title.
- Shadowpaw and Spiderpaw received warrior names: Shadowstrike and Spiderblaze.
- Celebrating their new title, Shadowstrike and Spiderblaze carelessly raced through the territory. They ran into a fox and tried to take it on alone. They were battling by a rocky hill and Spiderblaze slipped and tumbled, resulting in his death.
- It took Shadowstrike much longer to be freed from his depression with his brother then it did with his sister. By the time he finally recovered, he had matured greatly and pretty much erased his old trickster ways in exchange for a mellow attitude.
